Zelda Manga and Comics
There were several Zelda manga written in Japan, following closely to the original game story. There were also several comics written and published based on the Zelda series, which mainly appeared in Nintendo Power issues. We have a handful of Zelda manga and comic scans ready for you to download and read, as well as a bit more information on each issue. Notice! All comics and manga have been removed from the gallery, but will be returning shortly!

Zelda Valiant Comic Books Comic publishing company Valiant released a series of 10 Legend of Zelda comics between 1990 and 1991. There were only two volumes, with each volume containing 5 comics (most sites report there are only 6, but there are 10 not counting the special edition and the prologue). Ocarina of Time Manga The Ocarina of Time manga follows suit with the original Ocarina of Time videogame storyline, for the most part. The manga is beautifully illustrated by Akira Himekawa, who is also responsible for the Four Swords Adventures, Majora's Mask, A Link to the Past (not comic, above), and the Oracle series mangas. We have scans, but cannot credit the source. I would at first say these were the translations by Goddess Rinoa of Zelda-Infinite.com, but after comparing them they don't appear to be the same ones. The Ocarina of Time manga is offline at the moment, we are working to restore it! |

Majora's Mask Manga This manga follows closely to the games storyline, and is written by Akira Himekawa (also responsible for Ocarina of Time manga). Again, I don't know exactly where these translations originated from and appear to be different than what I've seen around at Zelda-Infinite.com and other sites. If you know, please inform us!
