Welcome to the Villages and Towns Reference guide, part of the Hylian's Guidebook! Here, you will find useful information on alot of the villages and towns found throughout Hyrule. Not every town is listed at the moment, but we are working on getting them all stuffed in here!

Clocktown
Legend Reference - Majora's Mask
About - Clocktown is a large, central community for all peoples of Termina. Clocktown lays directly in the middle of Termina, and is divised into four compass sections; North Clocktown, SOuth Clocktown, East Clocktown, and West Clocktown. Clocktown harbors various stores, the Mayor's Office, the post Office, and more.

Forest Haven
Legend Reference - The Wind Waker
About - The Forest Haven is home to the Great Deku Tree and the Korok. The Sacred Forest is located on a small island on the Great Sea. The waters of the Sacred Forest haven are said to have the power to heal even withered trees.

Gerudo Fortress
Legend Reference - Ocarina of Time
About - This is home to the Gerudo Theives. Each building is connected, creating a large labyrinth. It is forewarned not to trespass in this place, as you may find yourself jailed for life.

Goron City
Legend Reference - Ocarina of Time
About - Goron City is the central gathering for the rock eating Goron people. Goron City is located in / on Death Mountain.

Goron Village
Legend Reference - Majora's Mask
About - Goron Village is a small village on Snowhead Mountain. The Goron people of Termina make home here, on the frozen mountain side. Other places of interest here at Goron Shrine.

Horon Village
Legend Reference - Oracle of Seasons
About - Horon Village is the central community in Holodrum (similar to that of Clocktown, Termina). Many interesting places can be found here, such as the Historian's House and the Mayor's House.

Hyrule Castle Town
Legend Reference - Ocarina of Time
About - Hyrule Castle Town in a central gathering for all residents of Hyrule. Usually, only humans are found here, as other races seems to stay to their villages and people. Directly behind Hyrule Castle Town is Hyrule Castle. Many establishments can be found in Castle Town. For example, in the events of Twilight Princess, many side quests and minigames were found and took place in Castle Town, whereas in Ocarina of Time, most buildings in Castle Town were of little use.

Kakariko Village
Legend Reference - ALTTP, OoT, FSA
About - Kakariko Village is a calm, peaceful village. Many humans live here, but legend refereces to the fact that it might have once been inhabited by the Sheikah long ago.

Lon Lon Ranch
Legend Reference - Ocarina of Time
About - Lon Lon Ranch is located near the center of Hyrule Field. It is a small ranch, home to many horses and a few humans; most noteably, Malon and Talon. Link, the Hero of Time, rescued his trusty steed, Epona from Ingo, the ranch hand.

Lynna City
Legend Reference - Oracle of Ages
About - Lynna City is a large village located in central Labrynna. This is the main settling for the people in Labrynna, which includes a ring shop, the mayors residence, the road to the Maku Tree, and many other establishments.

Mabe Village
Legend Reference - Link's Awakening
About - Once Link was shipwrecked on the island of Koholint, he awoke in this village, inside Marin and Tarin's house. This is a small village on the western side of Koholint Island.

Minish Village
Legend Reference - The Minish Cap
About - Minish Village can only be found in the Minish Woods, and only at their size. Once Link was able to shrink (with the help of Ezlo), he could freely explore the village at will. Minish Village is home of the Minish (Picori).

Old Kasuto
Legend Reference - The Adventure of Link
About - Old Kasuto lay in ruin, as it is overrun by enemies and creatures. These creatures are invisible, so you will need the cross before you enter this town.

Ordon Village
Legend Reference - Twilight Princess
About - Ordon Village is a small settlement of people in Hyrule. Ordon Village is located at the southern reach of Hyrule in the forests. The people of Ordon Village are primarily farmers and ranchers, are maintain peach with people outside of the village.

Symmetry City
Legend Reference - The Oracle of Ages
About - Symmetry City is a small location in northern Labrynna, just east of Talus Peaks. Symmetry Village's most unique feature is the entire cities structure and design being symmetrical. The rectangular shaped city was once thrown off balance in the past when the Black Tower was being built. As it rose higher in the air, the nut cracked, which caused a dormant volcano to erupt, throwing the balance of the village off.

Town of Rauru
Legend Reference - The Adventure of Link
About - This small town was named after the ancient sage, Rauru. There are a few houses and shops here. You also recieve the Shield spell here, in a house.

Village of Outcasts / Village of Theives
Legend Reference - A Link to the Past
About - This village is located in place of Kakariko Village of the Dark World. It is home to many theives and other soldiers. The ruins of Kakariko are a domainant feature as soon as you enter this village, as the houses have been vacated and the village overrun by evil.

Zora Village
Legend Reference - Oracle of Ages
About - Zora Village is a small settlement located in the southwestern corner of Labrynna. The village is only accessible to those with the ability to swim and maintain the waters here.
